We are the bit that came back.
The people who do this work properly tend to leave the countryside. We left too. Then we came back, and started the firm here instead of somewhere it would have been easier to run.

What we stand for
A job is finished when it is right.
Not when it is delivered, and not when the invoice goes out. Those are different days and it matters which one you build the business around.
You hear it from us first.
If we can see something coming, the certificate, the broken form, the supplier who has quietly changed their prices, you find out about it before it lands rather than after.
The small things are the job.
The spelling. The load time. The booking form that still has to work on one bar of signal halfway up a lane. Nobody praises any of it, and all of it decides whether the thing works.
You get the two of us.
Not an account manager, and not whoever happens to be free that week. We keep the list of clients short so that stays true.
The name, explained
The firm is named after two grandmothers.
Both of them gave up the name they were born with when they married, the way women of that generation did. Those are the two names over the door.
Mansfield
Roseanna's father's mother
Shirley Mansfield became Shirley Morley, and Mansfield went out of everyday use inside a single afternoon. It is half the firm now, and it is staying there.
Gurney
Jordan's father's mother
Georgina Gurney became Georgina Reeve, and Gurney went the same way. It is the other half, and it is staying there too.
Neither of them would have called it a standard. They did things thoroughly or they did not do them at all, and they wanted to know how the work turned out. That is the whole of the company ethos, and it is why the names are theirs rather than ours.
The two of us
Jordan Reeve
Jordan came out of production operations, running schedules where a missed handover costs real money. That work teaches you to plan backwards from the date, write everything down, and chase the loose end before it turns into somebody else's bad week.
Roseanna Reeve
Roseanna knows what running a small business actually looks like, where the same person does the invoicing and answers the door. She builds the systems around what really gets dropped on a busy day rather than around how it is all supposed to work on paper.
Between the two of us that covers most of what a small business needs from a website and the admin sitting behind it. We live in Mullinavat, we work with juniors we guide closely, and we are not going anywhere.

We will come and sit at your kitchen table, because that is where the useful version of the conversation happens, the one where you say what is actually going wrong with the bookings or the invoices.
Further afield is fine as well. Most of the work after the first meeting happens by email anyway, and we would rather answer quickly than hold you for a diary slot.
