What a small business website costs in Ireland

A small business website in Ireland costs between €795 and €3,280 to build, and €99 to €349 a month to look after afterwards. A one page site is €795. Five pages is €1,775.

Every figure we charge is on this page. The ones that are not here are the ones that depend on how much of it there is, and those are worked out with you, line by line, before anything starts. Tick what you need as you go and the docket adds it up.

01 · Build

What does it cost to build?

What a job comes to is these lines added up, and you get that total in writing before anything starts. There is nothing underneath it.

from €795 The first page is €795. The next four are €245 each. Anything beyond the fifth is €195. A five page site is €1,775.
€595 Content you can edit yourself, without ringing us.
€325 each A second and third editable area, if the business has them.
€1,250 A separate build. It has to work on one bar of signal, which is most of the work.
€295 a page Priced close to what it costs us, which is why most clients write their own words and we shape them.

02 · Caretaker

What happens after it is built?

Per site, per month. This is the part that decides whether the website still works in three years.

Change time does not roll over. Work beyond the allowance is €65 an hour in fifteen minute blocks, or rolled into a quote for the change itself.

03 · Accounts

What does the bookkeeping cost?

Two anchors, because the rest genuinely depends on how much of it there is. What the real figure looks like gets worked out line by line, with you, before anything starts.

04 · The assistant

What does the email assistant cost?

It reads months of your already sent replies and drafts new ones in your own wording. It drafts. You send.

Care is €499 a month while it is being tuned, and €299 a month from month thirteen once it has settled. Setup is €2,500, once.
€2,500 One off. Reading your sent mail and tuning it to your wording.
€499, then €299 €499 a month for the first twelve months, then €299 from month thirteen.

There is a tier where we watch the inbox and send on your behalf. It is quoted by volume, because that is the only honest way to price it.

05 · Design

What does design cost?

We have not settled it yet, so there is no figure here to give you. Rather than leave the line out of the book, here it is, empty.

Not yet priced Tick it and we will tell you what it would come to. Identity, print and signage sit here; a logo or a brand kit bought with a website is priced above.

06 · And when you do not

What if I do not need any of this?

Then we will say so. If a landing page does the job, we will build a landing page and charge you for a landing page.

Some work is quoted rather than listed, because the shape of it changes with the business. Ask, and we will tell you what it would come to before you commit to anything.
